Glaze colours may differ slightly from images due to the nature of hand painted ceramics. These pieces are strong yet fragile and may break if dropped. As with everything good that is made by hand, no two pieces will ever be the same.

Our handcrafted products are made with care to ensure that each item is of the highest quality when shipped. Due to the nature of handmade product, items can vary slightly from images.

However, If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full, including shipping. Sale items and custom made listings are generally not refundable.

Domestic shipping within Australia is sent via regular Australia Post or Sendle with tracking. International shipping is sent via regular Australia Post or Sendle couriers which comes with tracking. Please note there may be delays with shipping that are beyond our control.
