Please Note: We are on reduced operating hours until mid-2024 as our designer is on leave.

During this time orders will only be packed a couple of times a week and may take up to 5 business days to ship. Custom / made to order pieces are currently paused, but if you have your eye on something please contact us as we can schedule it in for later in the year. Thanks for your support and understanding while we take a little extended break!

Generally, unless marked 'Made to Order' the item is currently in stock and will be shipped within 5 business days.

Domestic shipping within Australia is sent via regular Australia Post or Sendle with tracking. International shipping is sent via regular Australia Post or Sendle couriers which comes with tracking. International shipping comes with tracking via Australia Post and may take a few weeks to arrive. Please note there may be delays with shipping that are beyond our control.


Our handcrafted products are made with care to ensure that each item is of the highest quality when shipped. Due to the nature of handmade product, items can vary slightly from images. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full, including shipping, however we do not generally offer returns / refunds for change of mind. Sale items and custom made listings not refundable.


We understand that buying clothing online can be a little bit tricky! Please use our size guides on each listing - we recommend  measuring an item of your own clothing with a similar fit and seeing how it compares to our measurements.

To offer peace of mind,  if you are unsatisfied with the fit of your garment we now offer $15 garment returns + exchanges. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment and as long as it is in an as-new, unworn condition with tags we will can offer an exchange for another in stock item or a 6 month store credit minus shipping costs for a $15 fee. $15 garment exchanges / returns are for Australian customers only. For international returns please contact us directly.


We hope you like our packaging! If you've bought a ceramic item, you'll notice that it make come packaged in reused materials, but once unwrapped your find your gift-ready item within. As well as reusing cardboard and other materials for our packaging, we use plant based, biodegradable kraft and sticky tape, compostable courier bags, and local sustainable print suppliers for our swing tags and marketing materials where possible.


Have a custom product in mind? We are always happy to chat about the possibility of creating something tailored to you, so please get in touch. This might be a custom colourway of one of our ceramic pieces, or a garment made with extended length or width.
